Our response to a recent UK parliamentary debate on international child abduction.
FiLiA Hague Mothers has submitted evidence to the UN Special Rapporteur on violence against women and girls for the forthcoming report on violence related to women’s status as mothers. Our contribution highlights the human rights violations experienced by mothers and their children in Hague Convention cases involving domestic abuse.
This interactive training was co-created by FiLiA Hague Mothers in collaboration with Hague Explained. It’s designed to raise awareness about the specific challenges faced by victim-survivors (particularly protective mothers and their children) who are affected by the Hague Abduction Convention.
